It is incredibly humbling to know people that Crystal and I haven’t even met YET… care so much about us.
I will continue to deliver useful content to help you build an incredibly successful short sale real estate business. You will NOT FAIL if you listen to what I say and take action on it. As bold as that seems it is my standard to help all of you focus on what REALLY works in this business compared to what you hear from self-proclaimed, never-completed-a-single-deal-but-can-talk-a-good-game… type seminar poseurs.
All of your e-mails, letters, phone calls and gifts make me even more accountable to deliver to you world class short sale mentoring and coaching. The bar has been set HIGH and I intend on your investment in my Short Sale Fundamentals Course and other educational tools to not sit in the corner and collect dust like others. As much as humanly possible, I encourage you to watch for ALL the e-mails that I send in the next few weeks. You will be introduced to short sale opportunities and resources that have never been centralized until now.
Some you will be apart of a beta-test that will revolutionize how you view short sales. The SKY IS NOT FALLING like you might have been told from those living in fear of it. There are a few clouds, but the SUN IS SHINING BRIGHT on your short sale career. It will be up to you to decide what to do next with it.
